Travel history PR card application Renewal

I'm renewing my PR card and under the travel history section of the Application For a Permanent Resident Card it only gives you 6 spaces to list trips out of the country over the last 5 years. I've left the country more than 6 times in that period. How do I represent this? I'm very confused.

Print the same page of the Form as many times as you want and filled it up, attached it.

for the additional pages do I leave the other parts of the form blank?
