Hi! I need advice for renewing of my pr card. My pr card expired in 2013. I came to canada in Aug 2020 on PRTD -R1 category on H & C ground. I have stayed in canada for straight 2 year in University .I have my sin card, health card. Now my question is will I face any problem if I send my application for PR card renewal ? Do I have to still write H & C ground while renewal application ? Do I have to keep lawyer or I send application on my own? Pls advice

If you have enough days to meet your RO, your PR card renewal application is just a normal renewal application. :)
good luck!

Thanks for reply. What do you recommend ?Do I wait for few more days ? Or I can apply now ? I have just finished 730 days.

Most of the time, people recommand to have a few weeks if not a month as buffer just in case you forgot about some small trips.

Start gathering supporting doucments and maybe filling in the forms. Get ready. :)

Thank you for your reply. Do I have to include humanitarian ground in pr card renewal application ? Since I have not renewed my pr card in last 9 years . Or Since i meet Ro no need of mentioning H and C ? Thanks in advance .

If you meet the RO, as in you have the minimum (or more) days in Canada, don’t see why you would add H&C.
