I am planning to travel to Vancouver on June 14th 2022 and my COPR expiry is November 11th 2022. My passport is also expiring on November 11th 2022. Can I renew my passport and carry both old and new passports to Canada? Will it cause any issue at port of entry?

There will be no issues. I travelled with my both old and new passports. COPR with Old passport number is valid.
