I have 4 and half months for my PR card to expire. I would like to renew it before my present card expires. I
was in India for 2.5 years after getting my PR but now I have completed more than 730 days (as of today 754 days)
after getting my PR in Canada (Or more imporatntly I am out of Canada for less than 1095 days after getting PR).

#1 I want to apply for PR card renewal in next 2-3 weeks (i.e. 4 months before the expiry of present one). Is it OK to
apply it now?

#2 Secondly, I plan to submit the Tax Returns as part of the application. Could I submit the printout from my CRA account
or It has to be paper copy issued by CRA?

To answer your #1 question; you could apply for your card renewal as early as six months before the exipry date.
