CIC approved my extend study permit. But I did not receive all document CIC send by mail yet. So could I use letter appoved extend study permit which CIC sent to me by online for renew my visa now or I need wait all document CIC send by mail ?

I think that should be fine since the requirement for applying for a TRV is a valid study permit and you have that. You can upload the approval letter as proof instead of waiting for the actual permit in the mail.
May I ask, how long did it take for you to get your study permit extension approved? Thanks
