Renew TRV, one OWP but not working, purpose of visit? Urgent!!!

Hello:
I am on opean work permit and am working. My wife has open work permit, but she is not working, as she is studying for exams.
Over permits will expire 2019.

We want to go to our home country and return but our previous have expired.
I am trying to renew TRV for both of us.

IN the section of"Details of Visit"
I am not sure what to mention for the person or place were are planning to visit for my wife Especially.

Please reply, I have wasted more than 2 months for this answer, Have called CIC but they said they cant help me fill the form.

Not I m anot able to recieve the answer. If you could help.
MY wife has OWP but is not wokring currently.
For TRV, in the Details of Visit: Name, address and relationship of any person or institution I will visit.
