I applied for travel document from my country to enter Canada but it was rejected and I make an appeal .In last 5 months due to very critical situation im living in my country I entered Canada through us border after waiting there for 8 hours for investigation. At last they said that im a PR and I can enter Canada with a stamp on my passport as PR .For now, I need PR very much for getting driving license and much more options. I don't meet 700s days requirement in the last 5 years, But I have my reasons why I left Canada last 5 years and why I entered Canada now as I explained this in the border.
So can I apply for a PR even if I don't meet the requirenemets .and if the PR card was rejected will my PR status will be rejected also or I can apply after 2years for new application.
