Remedical how soon we have to send the report?

HI all,

I'm pulling my hairs out. I got a remedical email last week and I got it done right away in Calgary but it's taking forever to send the reports from Docs office to NDVO. I'm trying to call the docs office but no avail. How soon do we have to send the report from Initial date of email?. It's only been a week and i'm nervous wreck!.

Does it say on the email from CIC or VO?
normally you should send requested docs or medical in a month after you

if you cannot make a time, email to your VO with explanation and ask more time, or at least let them know it would take some time.

They did not specify time on the email. It just says earliest is best. It definitely wouldn't take a month for me to send the report. it's just there at the Docs office they just have to fax it over. But they are closed for the weekend and Monday. I'm little concerned about the delay. I do have a proof of x-rays taken, bills etc. Do you think it would be best to send scanned copies of those attached to the email explaining the delay?. I have no way to verify or when they will be back at the office. I could never get through..
