Finally, after 6 weeks of waiting I got the email from my test center that my Writing score has increased. I don't know what the new score is but my previous score was LRWS: 9, 9, 7, 8.5. I needed Writing to be at last 7.5 and now it'll be that at least, giving me a 3 point boost to my score, bringing it to 470!

I am super confident about my writing task performance. I was certain that I'd be getting an 8.0 in Writing.
As a matter of fact, I always have ZERO grammatical mistakes.

I want to go for EOR in Writing but my only worry is a decrease in score.
Has there been any incident of a decrease in score after EOR?

No score will reduce.Either it will stay same or it will increase

What do you suggest Writing module checking is more lenient at BC or IDP?

Any sane suggestion from experience holder, I'm waiting for EOR if didn't turned out to be positive I will have to re register, with whom you suggest to go?

Both are same. There is no difference between their marking criteria.
