Can anyone please advise how many days it will take to get an EOR to be completed for IDP - Writing only?

General - CD Test date: 06-Aug
Result date: 11-Aug
EOR application date: 12-Aug
EOR mail delivery date: 18-Aug
EOR submission date: 27-Aug
The Canada college responded it will take around two weeks.

I gave test in India but I am not required to send TRF by mail for EoR because I received TRF on portal only.

May I know if you received TRF by postal mail ? and this is which country ?

Most test centers around the world are issuing E-TRF due to the pandemic. E-TRF are accepted by immigration and universities as well. You don't require a hard copy.

Usually takes 2 weeks time atleast

It is in Canada. Yes, I received TRF by postal mail.

Of course you could, but my advice to invest all the effort for another re-take.

I would suggest focus on practicing and improving your writting. You repeated got 6-6.5 means there is room for improvement. Given your other sections bands, I don't think it would be too difficult to score a 7 in w.

Just want to share my remark success story here if it helps someone make a decision. I appeared for my first IELTS attempt on 19th August without much preparation. I got scores on Aug 24 as L9 R9 S7.5 and W6.5 on Aug 24 but received eTRF on Aug28. Applied EOR on Aug28 and got the result today where my 6.5 was changed to 7.

Please take a chance if struck at 6.5 in W or S
