Feel sorry for your score in Reading Section. I hope you get positive results.
I'm also keeping my hopes in speaking from 6.5 to 7 at least. I got 8 in speaking the last attempt and I gave better this time but end up having 6.5 so went with EOR on Sep 1st. Now fingers crossed

Same happened to me last time... I was expecting 8.5 in speaking and they gave 6.5 Nd I went for eor but they didn’t increased my band .... so appeared again for test Nd now in reading they gave 6.5 though my reading attempt was excellent this time....

I got my acknowledgement for EOR last August 8 through IDP. But I haven't received the results until now. Customer service is not helpful at all here in the Philippines. Is there anyone here who has been in the same situation?

You can expect a minimum 9-10 days. as I have applied for EOR on 23rd August and still waiting for the result.

Keep us updated when you receive any kind or mail or TRF directly.

Congrats!!! they definitely do not decrease score.
As your previous score was 6.5, they would have made it to 7 or 7.5. Kudos.

Hi Everyone,

I gave my IELTS BC on 6th July. Got the below score -
L - 8.5
R - 8.5
S - 7.5
W - 6.5

Applied for EOR on 24th July. Waiting for results. Have scored 7 in writing before so hoping for the best!

HI.. I got my EOR result after emailing BC last week friday. My speaking score increased by 1(Now 7.5) . My 2 cents: If you really think you did well and deserve better than you were marked, please apply for EoR.

How much time it took for EORs results???

Some centres don’t acknowledge at all... last time I called no. Of times at my centre’s office to get the status.....
But this time I did get an ack mail for EOR....
You can call them if u wish to.

Hey,
I understand your frustration. I took the exam on 27th July and was very confident that I would get at least a 7 in writing. Unfortunately I scored only 6.5. My other scores were LRS 9 9 8 and overall 8. I applied for EOR on 18th August and got a negative reply on 27th. But I would still suggest that you take a chance and apply for EOR. All the best

I also took IDP IELTS exam on 27th July and applied EOR for Writing on 15th August but didn't get reply till now.
22 days have passed.

I want to apply for writing re-evaluation in idp. My existing score is 7 but I need 7.5 to boost my CrS. I want to ask everyone that is there any possibility about the reduction in band or does it increase or remains constant.

Hi dear,

I believe in IELTS test re-valuation, there will be no such thing as score reduction. It's either remain unchange or an increase.
