Since i haven't fill up the form yet just wanted to know whether i could get 5 points under the adaptability category :

Actually my father's brother's son (nephew) lives there : (My first Cousin)

i have gone through the Guide : couldn't understand this : ( niece or nephew )

Nope, cousins don't count, that is why you couldn't find them listed.

But in the list they mentioned :

Niece or Nephew : Does this mean : my niece or nephew or my father's (would also be acceptable)?.

I have a dillema.. exact opposite from Expert's case..

My sister has been living in Canada as a caregiver for 2 years now. I have aunts living in canada who are now canadian citizen..

My question is: In my application which i submitted under the old process (this is prior my sister's going to Canada), I only mentioned my aunts as my relatives.. I am planning to update my record bu submitting updated docs, should i claim points from my sister or from my aunts?

What is ur current Ecas status? If it is In Process no need to inform abt ur sister details as they have already awarded u 5 points. Be it aunt or sister maximum will be 5 points only. As it is seen from u post ur aunt is a citizen whereas ur sister is on P/R wherein aunt carries more weightage since she has been there a long time and financially strong too.
