I had applied for spousal application under family class.
My file was received at cic on 18/09/2017
After that I created online account on 6 November and got request letter in online account for providing schedule A form.
Then there was little updation in my account since then.. I was waiting for medical request..
Medical review..we are reviewing the results of your medical exam this was my last status..
Now it has been changed to we didn't receive your medical exam.check your medical request message for details..
Why this message is shown because i haven't got medical request in my online account not any email even????
What should i do about this
Pls suggest me?

Its been more than 5 months.......and if Principal Applicant has done the medical exam.........did you check your Online Account........follow this steps.
1. Log into your Online Account
2. Click on the "Check Status and Messages" button
3. On the "Application/profile details" page.....scroll to the bottom.....Application Messages section.
4. Click on the ">" sign
5. Click on "View The Message" hyperlink,
If result is not there, why not send an email to the VO processing your sponsorship application, OR contact IRCC 1-888-242-2100

I have checked on this site but there is not any message related to medical exam..
On this site there are three messages
1 we received your application on September 18,2017
2. We start processing on your application on December 1

You could send an email to the VO processing your sponsorship application DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca, OR ask the Sponsor to call IRCC 1-888-242-2100

I'm facing the similar situation. I added my spouse recently and now my medical status is showing 'We are reviewing the results of your medical exam' from being passed. Can you please let me know what happened in your case?
