Rejection of application in Canada embassy in Abu Dhabi

I receive a rejection letter from Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi last October 29 2014.... they reject my application because I did not complied with their request information of medical examination... I was waiting with this for almost 1 year and six months i check everyday my application status in vac website... The thing I don't receive any email or call that they are requesting a medical examination.... If I re apply this what should I do I will send again all the documents or the medical examination only with the new application form...thank u best regards

If you reapply you need to send all the documents again along with medicals.
