Rejection due to missing a document

Hi everyone. I’m so frustrating right now. Have anyone get rejection due to a missing document ? I submitted the Official Student Transcripts instead of the Diploma and I got rejection. I thought if we miss something the officer would contact us to update it . Is there anyone know what can I do with this? please helpppp

Hi, I guess it will depend on the immigration officer.
IRCC states that it is the applicant's responsibility to submit a complete application, and if that isn't the case, they can mark it as incomplete.
However, my guess is that depending on the officer, they might take your new document into consideration or they might not.
If it were me, I would give it a try and just wait, since you uploaded it before your application was rejected. Good luck!

Generally IRCC will not reconsider an application for this reason since this is a mandatory document. But you can try and hope for the best. Generally speaking, in these situations you need to re-enter the EE pool, wait for a new ITA and reapply.

did you provide it to them through webform? That’s what I did. I provided it as soon as I realized that it’s missing and before officer review.

Yup, correct, but you cannot just reapply, you need to get a new ITA to apply again.

Same happened to me a few days ago, however with a different file. Did you try to send a reconsideration request? Wonder if it could work.
My biggest problem is that Alberta does not transfer nominations to a new EE profile.
No idea what do to…
