Thank you all for your insight. I have decided not to go the court way because I feel that it would be a lot of money invested in something I'm sure the Canadian Government is very good at defending. I have requested the immigration notes to see what was said specifically of our application. I am hoping to reapply in the coming weeks if I see that we can answer the immigration officer's concerns with additional documents.
Quick question: would applying online lead to the application being reviewed by a different office? We sent our original application in person at a Visa Application Centre who then sent it to the Canadian Embassy in Mexico for review.
