dear all its came. am rejected by cic due to insufficient points. wes made my evaluation as 3 years hospital study and training and CIC not considering it as diploma. so please don't fall to any fraudulence as i done. Make sure your lawyer that they are confident on your evaluation. i am appealing WES to reconsider or give reason why they consider diploma not as equal to rpn. any questions feel free to ask and share.
Hai, i am also a diploma nurse from India, September 4 applicant and my cc encashed on 20/11/2014...me too worried about my WES report...did you hear any rejection news other than this forum ???

I don't understand, if CIC does not consider 3 years of hospital study and training as diploma then what is it? High school certificate? Where in some cases some diplomas of 2 years in other countries have been considered as diploma by CIC, so I'm wondering why 3 years won't be considered as diploma.
So how many years of hospital study and training would they consider as diploma? 4? Whereas 4 years of Bsc is considered 4 years of Bsc by CIC. This is unfair if you ask me, why even Charge applicants in the 1st place when you know they don't have enough points for their diploma, you charge them that huge sum of money then u send them NER saying not enough points.
Am sure that's one of the problems noc 3012 is having and might be causing the delay, CIC is confused might be why they have stopped charging this NOC 3012 for a while.
Did anybody got PER under 3233.....
