hello everyone mother of mine is staff nurse in india n wants to appply as FSW.......can u guide me if we apply in july when new cap comes without arrange employment what r chances of visa?
2) does she needs to get her credentials evaluated before submitting file or after they get visa?
3) how many does she needs to apply?

Yes she can apply next year without arranged employment
So far we never assessed the credentials and submitted application first
I dont know about next year

You can pay by DD to CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION payable at NEW DELHI

Thank you very much for reply. I am pre june Applicant. I am RN in India. MY ecas status is In process with date of 27th Feb 2012. One of my friend received his medicals last week. Initially he has applied for RN but due to cap reached his application has been returned. Then he applied same file in LPN.

that is interesting, you how can you apply in two category ??
I think LPN's processing is much faster then RN...as you have mentioned above!!
