hello sir . i am working under a taxation firm as a accounting book keeper which is class NOC 1311. and i have already completed my 2 year accounting program and working since may 2012 . i just want to know that can i apply under cec after a year and most important thing about the band requirement for that job. so that i can start working on it.

Starting Jan 2013, with the new proposal setting in, the minimum ielts CLB requirement will be 7 across all sections - listening, reading, writing and speaking.
