Regarding Spouse Open Work Permit Visa

Hi,

My wife and I want to go to Canada in Jan 2020 and need some help regarding SOWP.

She got LOA from Fanshawe college (1 year course) and we are in process of paying fees. I would like to join her as a dependent on Open work permit visa and liking to go together.

1. Is Fanshawe college eligible for SOWP?
2. If yes, what documents are required for applying from my side (Wife's documents are already cleared and will be applying for Visa once fees is paid)
3. Also, what funds are to be shown from my side apart from my wife's funds
4. And, for how many months I need to keep the funds in my account
