Hi guys
I have been asked to fill the form called schedule A, 45 days after AOR.
Now the question is the reference date for the personal history ( 10 yrs) should be the AOR date or the date I fill the form?

Got aor on 24th feb and now got ADR for file schedule A form and PCC for me and my spouse ?
Is it positive or negative?
