Regarding PNP

Hello all,

I need some help on PNP, I have already created an express entry profile, but not able to find enough information to apply for PNP. I am thinking of applying for Ontario, BC, Alberta and Quebec.

Is there any guide that walks me through the process of application? do all provinces accept online application? any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

edit: does all PNP require job offer?
