I am applying for Permanent Residency in Canada. I am having a valid work permit. I want to know do I still need A VALID VISA TO APPLY. Earlier I was having student visa which is expired now and yet I didn't apply for new Visa basis on my work permit.
As per the checklist, I am confused what does below statement states.
In the section Travel documents and passport
if you live in a country other than your country of nationality, include a photocopy of your visa for the country in which you currently live.
What does exactly this mean, Do I need to apply for visa??
