FSW checklist

Question: I am the primary applicant for the FSW visa. The checklist asks for copies of passport for me, my spouse, and dependent children. Then it says that if you live in a country different from your nationality include a photocopy of your visa for the country where you currently live. My husband resides in a country that is not his nationality. So do they need a copy of my husband’s visa ? or does this request only apply to me the principle applicant?

yes...it also applies to your husband....
we are of the same situation...because my spouse works in another country....
so when we submitted full application...it included a copy of my spouse's visa of that "other" country
