I'm telling you about universities because you have a BA. A visa officer will find it hard to understand why someone with a BA is going to a college. That's considered a step down, and illogical. You'll need good reasons to explain why you're going from a BA to a diploma at a college.
And they probably ended up at very poor quality schools that accept anyone who pays their fees and no employer recognized their degrees. I think you're just looking for a way to come to Canada - not to study. Be prepared to explain why your studies will help you back home.
In most cases, admissions averages and admissions requirements for a post-graduate diploma are similar to admission to a degree. Generally, a minimum of a "B" average - around 75%.

but i dont think they care about poor schools because he is just going to get his PR, and can i ask you something?? are you a canadian citizen? because most of the people in canada dont like others migrating, coz they lose their chance for getting job because of these immigrants lol

If I didn't like people immigrating, I wouldn't be here. I'm more concerned that you had such poor grades in your BA and think you can pay an agent to get you into another school here.

Hey now, no need for arguments. I think k.h.p. made some valid points regarding possible visa rejections but it doesn't mean that you shouldn't even apply lol
Better to consultant that agent bro. Good luck
Don't give up on applying. Just be realistic with the chances of visa refusal. Improve your grades at home. Take a diploma there. Then re-apply in Canada in a year or so.
