Ineed help.

I apply for skilled worker on septemper 2007, my file was transfer to Case Processing Pilot - Ottawa , i send my documents ther then i recieved refusal , i have relative in Canda they sed that i failed to provide evidence that my brother is in Canda , i give his passport copy and the tax slip,and olso my education is Master an they give me only 20 points in stted of 25.is there any way that i can cleam ? I GOT ONLY 64 POINTS

well dear as far as proof of relationship is concern it is very difficult prove it, you have to provide alot of documents and linking to convince the VO. secondly for education it cant be possible that you are masters with 16 yrs of education and they gave you 20 marks. give us more details about your education.

masters with 16 yrs of education should be awarded 22 points, isn't it?

If you have a Master‟s degree but have completed only 16 years of full-time study, award yourself 22 points.

If you have a four-year Bachelor's degree and have completed 14 or more years of study, award yourself 20 points.
