I sent my 2nd reconsideration letter to CHC - Programme Manager on July 5 (last Thursday) through email and courier (Fed-Ex). Although technically, this is the 3rd letter CHC received with regard to the re-appeal of my case. I haven't received any reply from them. Not even the general auto reply. In my first appeal, they replied to me after 2 days. I don't know if it is wise to re-send my email until I get a reply. Should I expect a reply from them?
How about you, did Tim Leahy receive a reply from the 2nd appeal he lodged on your behalf? If I remember it correctly, you said they replied to your 1st appeal.

I sent the 2nd letter last Thursday....so it's been 5 working days already. Reason why I asked was because they replied to my first letter after 2 days.
My rejection letter was dated May 15 and I received it after 1 or 2 weeks (i cannot remember). I know we have at least 30 to 60 days to re-appeal and file a court case. So when does the 60-day period start? From the date of the letter or from the date you received the letter? How would CHC determine the exact date the applicant received the letter?
