you have a good chance for reconsideration letter because the CIO has passed you for that stage already thats why they ask you to send full documents

My brother actually spoke to him , as he is in Toronto as well.

Pls be advice that upon my last inquiry, i recived on 23may two responce .


In the first responce i received as the letter was sent on 17.05.2012 to the mailing address on file.


We ask that you wait for the mail to arrive before requesting any further information, but so far i didint received any letter , if you send already the letter , kindly send the letter by my e-mail also .


In the same day i got another reply that my file is currently being reviewed by an immigration officer .


Kindly please let me know what is actual status .


I will be greatful for your quick response

Keep bothering them you are getting there because they had made a mistake, the more bother them the more they realize that they have decided against the rules and your enquiries go straight into the CAIPS and the supervisor or program manager will see them

So Finally as expected you got the Typical refusal letter........ whats the date of this letter???

So ur refusal is not due to JD mismatch..

All please note that JDs mismatch and not having 01 years experience in relevant NOC is one and the same..... if you read the refusal letter its one paragraph quotes that 'the duties which you listed do not correspond to the relevant NOC' and other paragraph quotes that 'Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence of the minimum 01 year experience in the relevant NOC, hence rejected'......

Sure, we all should file a collective appeal through Tim, he is a very competent lawyer..... Lets wait for another week or two and let them reply to our case reconsideration requests and then we all will file an appeal against this unjust policy of CIC.......

Stay connected and share any reply as soon as received from CHC London, Tim will file a case before 60 days of refusal letter even they do not reply to our reconsideration requests....
