Was your letter sent through TCS or just the regular mail. The email I received from LVO stated that they sent me a letter on May 15 and per my consultant, they have not received the letter yet.
To all those whose status turned to "decision made"....can you still access your ECAS? I am so confused and worried that after 1 week of turning in DM, I cannot access my ECAS anymore. My status disappeared!
Dear all
My application passed the completeness check but got NER during next step, saying that they are not satisfied with job description. Would they return my documents to me? I need them. Please advise from your experiences.
My case also rejected but i m waiting for refusal letter, thats what i assume as ECAS is DM.A letter sent to me on 10th May which i did not receive till to date

Don't wait send them an CSI as soon as possible... You only have 60 days after the refusal to file a case in Court..... this time period also includes the re-open request to cHC

Following documents required to send a case re-open request to CHC...
What I would need is:
1. the refusal letter,
2. the employment letter(s)
and it would be easier if they (3) sent the NOC job description, saving me from having to look it up.
And, before the CHC can respond to me, they will have to sign an IMM5476, authorising the CHC to release your confidential information to me.
Then I can decided whether they have a good case. They need to decide whether, if the CHC refuses to re-open, they will proceed to the Federal Court. If they will not, I will not raise the matter with the CHC because (a) I do not imply that I will go to court if I get a "no" and, thus, want them to continue taking me seriously and (b) if we don't have numbers before the Court, the Court will not realise that there is a pattern to these refusals.
Regards,
Tim
Tim Leahy is the lawyer due to whose efforts CIC was forced to asses the MI-1 Files.... He is providing complete services to all refused cases due to JDs mismatch.... You need to have strong and relevant experience letters and ready to file a case in Federal Court of Canada if CHC refuses to re-open your case.....
After reading the refusal letter i can easily conclude that the Visa officer did not even open the documents which i submitted...... And believe that the applicants whose E-Case changed to 'Decision Made' without any processing date, highly unlikely that they even started to review the documents..........
