We all need to act very fast, only 60 days to file an appeal in Canadian Federal Court after refusal.... and within this time we first have to file a Case re-open request to CHC London.........
Yes........... actually they are trying delay the refusal letters as much as they can to have minimum number of appeals to their unfair rejections.....
I know another 0711 applicant in UAE whose status was changed to Decision Made in early April and he did not get the letter even till know....
Just imagine if you receive a refusal letter today with the date of April 15 then how much time you are left with to file, first a Review Appeal to CIC and then a Case in Federal Canadian Court.... you only have 60 Days to File a Case in Court..........
They know that they are not doing justice, just to reduce the backlog they are refusing the cases........ Just think and Do not let them deprive you.... chase them to send you the refusal letter as soon as possible............
