They sent a copy of the letter and said that "it should be arriving in the post shortly";May be they return my original documents with that letter.

How many times did you send a reconsideration letter to CHC? What is the correct email address for the Programme Manager? Did they reply to you on all your requests to re-open your case or they just replied on your first appeal?
Just checking on the statistics here. I know Rizwan, RLEX and Pa55ion were reconsidered after sending their first appeals. I wonder if there's hope for those who sent 2nd, 3rd....4th appeals.

I sent the reconsideration letter only once which they did not consider.... Then I hire Tim Leahly and he has already sent a letter to the Chief FSW CHC London, i am getting ready to file a court case soon even if he does not respond....
There is no separate mailing address for the program manager just use the addess below and they will respond;
Our only hope is to file a court appeal collectively...... since they are refusing cases on illogical grounds which is NOT a fair assessment which they have to provide to each applicant as per Canadian Law............ we have strong chances of success if more or less 50 such applicants bearing genuine evidences and strong experience letters with closely matching JDs can go to court...................
Contact Tim Leahly if you want as he is collecting all such cases to file an appeal in court.... of course he will first send the request directly to the Chief FSW unit CHC London........ if not successful then a court appeal follows............. and you have to pay him his fees......
Think and decide yourself what you are going to do...........

Dear you have wasted a month.... you should have sent the letter immediately to allow ample time for yourself to chase CHC.... Anyhow you should send the letter through TCS, attach all the relevant proofs of performed JDs (if not sent earlier), explain and compare each performed duty as per already sent experience letters with the NOC Jds.... Also don't forget to email them the soft copy of your letter............ They respond to the documents sent through TCS very quickly as i received a response to my reconsideration letter just after 02 weeks.......
It is my sincere advice to send the letter through a consultant or lawyer so that they know that if they are going to re-open your case, a court appeal will be filled against them....
