will new delhi vo reject my application if i am not able to provide dependent PCC from saudi arabia , i am trying for it but will take time and i m goin to ask vo for more time . i hope they dont reject if i cannot give the document by 6th july thats my deadline...
it is clear from the letter and suties that the applicant may be a supervisor in the endustry but his duties are well removed form those of a real reservations manager.
i am therefore not satisfied that client actually has one year of experience in this occupation, as per noc 0632 and this application in not eligible for futher processing.
I applied through a consultant and my application was refused due to jds mismatch, and when i checked the job description in the initial application i found that my consultant removed my job description from the application because it was written by hand and they copy paste the jds from site of immigration
now i got the job description signed by my manager, i want to send a consideration letter and remove the consultant .

and if some body can send me a sample of consideration letter i will be very thankfull

Too late. You signed the application stating everything was correct, now you claim it was the consultant who changed it. CHC will not reconsider in those cases.

so what can i do is only to cancel my consultant in order to get my documents back directly, and apply directly next time because if i send a consideration letter with the new job description it my cause a problem for me ad they may not accept an other application any more

By not sending reconsideration, you are lost. But in case of reconsideration there is some hope of changing decision. You should send employer job descriptions and a covering letter explaining the situation. You have full right to present every proof in reconsideration letter and that may be considered by program manager.
