Hi

I had applied restoration of status & work permit with pre approved LMIA 48 days before my restoration period of 90 days even started.

But visa officer refused my application saying that :- You are a person in Canada without temporary resident status who is not eligible for
restoration under Section 182 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.
Need advise on this plz help
