Hi, my BOWP application was refused in error, and then reopened. CIC asked me to pay open work permit holders fee (as my previous payment was apparently being refunded to me). I see that the open work permit holder fee is just $100, do I just pay that, or should I pay the $155 application fee as well (totalling about $355)?

Hi, they don’t mention work permit processing fee. This is what the letter said:
Payment Receipt: Please pay the open work permit holders fee online and submit the
receipt in response to this letter. The fees you paid previously are being refunded to you, and no longer available to use for this application.
When I checked my bank statement, I can see a refund of $100.

Right, got you. They only refunded the 100 CAD. If the letter says to pay 100 CAD, then just follow the instructions then. I initially thought they refunded the full amount.

Hey, mine was refused saying that I did not submit my PR application AOR. I made a reconsideration request as I did add it to my work permit application (in the second page of LOE). The officer re-opened the application after that, and asked me to pay the "Open Work Permit Holders fee" which is $100 that they refunded after refusing the application.
I initially thought they refunded the full amount.
