I exactly received the same wording. I send two documents to prove my experience. An experience certificate and contract of job with my hospital which was attested by the director of hospital.
What doc you sent to prove your experience...

as per CAIPS THEY MENTION/

client currentry works in kuwait as a reservation manager for al salhiah world travels.

client currentry works in kuwait as a reservation manager for alsalhiah world, he provided a letter of employment dated 10may indicating that he would ba a reservation manager since march 2006.
in his previos application he provided a similar letter from the same employerindicating that he had worked for them since july 1998.
there is no explanation provided for this sugnificant discrepancy.
this newer letter provides the following as roles and responsibilities:
supervisor and coordiante activites of workers engaged in taking
recording an cancelling reservation of toursim company
correspondance with groups and other travel agents to answer special requests for rooms and rates ,it contains a very similar pattern of maintain weekly attendance sheet and send pay roll department.

it is clear from the letter and duties that the applicant may be a supervisor in the industry but his duties are well removed from those of a real reservation manager.

i,m therefore not satisfied that client actually has one year of experience in this occupation as per noc 0632.

Hello Soji

I advise that you should not bother send reconsideration letter rather you should reapply, this time write out your job duties and let some other persons on the forum review it and be sure its well written. Also you should attach documents like pay slip, employment letter, promotion and any document linking you to the hospital and to your profession.

dear soj, very sorry to hear your news, its always hard to know about anyone's rejection, i belief you should re apply rather reconsideration letter, may i ask you the details of your ECAS Status, was it with in process with date or without. thanks.

If the rejection letter did not say "this file is closed", you should apply for reconsideration and this time include more proof of your work experience - payslips, tax documents, contract, job offer, and detailed employment letter written by your Manager/employer not by you. Some members have done this and got "in process" again and then medical request. If it doesn't work, then reapply. Goodluck.

It seems in an old application, your letter said you had been working for your employer since 1998 and your new letter(from May 10) says you have been a reservation manager since March 2006 with the same employer. There appears to be a discrepancy which you did not explain.
1. when did you start working for this employer? 1998 or 2006?
2. what was your job title in 1998 and how long did you hold this position?
3. were you promoted to reservation manager in March 2006?

To succeed, you must explain this discrepancy and answer these questions.

Get an explanation letter from your office addressed ``TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN`` there your job history (1998 to 2006 then 2006 to present) to be given. With your reconsideration letter enclose this explanation letter and send by courier.
