I ve been waiting for over 6 months for my SP application....here is my timeline

- 22 Jan: applied SP
- 26 Jan: passed body check and started review my eligibility
- 27 Jan: passed biometric
- 28 May: sent webform inquired the status
- 4 Jun: IRCC replied my webform saying my case is under review
- 2 Aug: no further update

My prog is the master starting in Jan 2022...

You probably won't hear as they will process FALL 2021 applicants first. Lot of FAll applicants are also waiting.

I know. However, there are literally cases got SP approved for winter 2022 program...
And their application dates were even after mine

Depends on VO and their workloads and even category sds or non sds

Your application is not priority…VO must have kept it aside and working on Fall applicant. I would do the same

I understand this logic before.
However, I noted some people applied SP after me (say in May/June) with prog start in winter 2022 got approved within a short time. This raises my concern then,,,

It is not priority to the VO handling your file, but it doesn't mean other VOs who don't have backlog do not process other applications. Don't worry as long as your program starts in 2022, they will process.
