Refugee travel document (Urgent)

I'm abit confused as to which address should i send my proof of urgent travel (for travel document)? I will submit a webform but i also want to mail the proof so if someone has the right address i would appreciate it!

The processing office reached out to me in March to send a new photo because I wore a headband in the old one. It’s April and they still haven’t picked up the mail I sent. I sent them a fax and had agents on the phone put a note on my file for them to pick up the mail. My travel date is June 15. Do you guys think I’ll get it by then?

I firstly sent my application in November 2020, then they sent me a reply in March 2021, but I made a mistake with my references and photo so I had to resubmit it. (Probably wouldnt have taken this long if I didn’t make those mistakes). Then I finally mailed the correct photo April 1st and faxed my new reference and tracking number. Then I went on the IRCC webform and filled out the form, send a screenshot of my purchased flight, told them it was urgent then the office finally picked up my documents April 26, went and checked the mail today and it was there. They used e-post express 2 days shipping.

I need to know who can be a guarantor for travel documents? Can a notary public agent do the needful? Please advice it's very urgent

I am refugees and protected person two weeks age I applied for travel documents, but i had already one expaired before get pr now I applied one and I have pr i was expected it will be certificate identity because i got pr and as I heard in this forum if you got pr you are eligible for certificate identity, but Today I received travel document same the old one i had before
So no any differences if you have pr or no
Who have same situation.

I used a notary public cause I didn’t have any eligible guarantor. I just searched “notary near me” & the person I used charged $25 per document

Hm I just told her that I need it for a refugee travel document application. And she signed the first page on the application, back of both passport photos, and back of the copy of required ID documents. If you’re in Mississauga you can use “Valerie Yap” +1 (647) 274-4636

Mailed all documents to the quebec office (use express shipping) then I faxed the tracking number to the processing office number. And also explained my travel date in the notes with my flight ticket. Also write your application number on the envelope.
