I applied my RTD urgent a month ago and now I got mail from RTD office that my pic are to dark so we can't process and send new one with in a month so it's means that I will receive RTD soon

Hi , can you provide the time line ? when did you submit ? and by mail or e-post ? when you get that reply ?

Application was sent by mail (not urgent)
I sent webforms for urgent travel several times, didn't help.

December 16, 2022
I got RTD by mail

Right but the processing times are on the passport site for refugee travel documents. At least 20 business days.

You are replying to my post from 2 years ago. So 2 years ago, processing was 20 days. Did it for my kids then.

I sent a webform with a valid verified document that i need to go to another country on urgent bases , then my application flagged as urgent

You can send webform to get the application number , but as you almost wait is one 8 months , there are many waiting times here if you saw all answers some people 2 weeks , some 2 months , some 6 months , some 11 months , its always better if you have an urgent reason to request urgent processing , that may help getting it faster , other wise this IRCC is P.S waiting , deal with Refugees as hostages.

Thank you for your reply, I tried to ask for urgent processing for work reasons they didn't accept it. Now I really need to go see my parents as we all mentally and emotionally need it, but they won't see this as urgent!!!

I am a protected refugee processing my PR in Canada. My husband file i130 for me in the states and was approved. I applied for RTD in October which I have been sending series of web form and they keep telling me it was flagged for urgency. Is there any other means please advise

Is there an urgent reason with a firm deadline? That is the type of thing that is usually required for urgent processing. Wanting to move to the US is usually not seen as a reason for urgent processing Is your husband a US citizen or does he have a Canadian visitor visa? If you have no intention of remaining in Canada and have a US visitor visa you can always travel using your home country passport.
