If I want to apply for urgent processing, I have to sent by mail to which address, the one with for normal mail or Courier mail ? Note that i want to send it by canada post ( Xpresspost or priority)

I called them on Friday April 25th and they said my travel document was printed and shipped out on Tuesday April 22nd and they gave me the tracking number. I have been trying to track it on Canada post app but it says ‘’We didn’t find an item associated with this number’’. Has it happened to anyone before.

I sent them the urgent reason explained and support documents inside of the envelope with all the other documents. And the day it was delivered I sent them a web form explaining everything and I called them as well. It was delivered on March 20th and I called after a week and they said it’s not in the system yet. I called a week after that and they said it’s been updated in the system on March 21st so a day after it was delivered. I don’t know why they said it’s not been in the system after a week it was delivered at first and than yes it’s been updated a day after we got it when I called second time. Maybe some officers are lazy to really check what’s going on but this has been my experience.
