I just hang up a call with IRCC and requested any tracking number for Purolator to follow up with them about my RTD, they said we couldn't provide you this because it's not available. I don't understand how they sent an important documents without any tracking number. it's ridiculous.

Because they never sent them with Purolator. "No tracking number" is basically to conceal this fact. Today they told me they used Canada post(previously they said it was purolator)

They gave me a CP tracking number. But it does not exist in any system.

Sorry for that, unfortunately you will start from the beginning. I prefer to provide a form without grantor. just fill the form with any notary public and it will work.

Yes, now I have to resend the documents. I live in Ontario.

Gotta love IRCC. When it is a rejection, they make sure to deliver it fast.

Update :

I applied for a new RTD-PR as current expires in Feb 2025.
Oct 2024 - submitted application
November 2024- Called and they said I need new guarantor . I didn't have one so, I used the form from service Canada and got a lawyer to sign it. I sent a new application same day with UPS.
20 November 2024 - Called and they said I need new references , must submit via email provided. I did same day and they fragged application as urgent.
6 December 2024- Called and they said application is in progress, within standard time.
13 December 2024 - Called and they said , waiting for approval.
18 December 2024 - Called and application was approved, CP tracking number provided.
27 December 2024 - Can finally track the application as sent from Ottawa.
30 December 2024 - RTD delivered.

Missed my travel plans but I'm happy to finally get my new RTD with new design. Also, I got my old RTD back as it has US visa.
