If you have two citizenships then you must prove that you face persecution in both countries in order for your refugee claim to be successful.

In another thread, you said your were Syrian and Venezuelan. So what is your citizenship? You have to show that you are persecuted in both countries. Also how are you able to claim asylum from the US with the Safe Passage agreement? You should be claiming asylum in the US?

You are young to face major issues claiming asylum in Canada. You need to show that you have lived in Argentina and faced persecution as well. Not knowing Spanish is not a reason why you can’t live in Argentina. Where are you currently living? Applying for asylum and being denied has serious longterm consequences. It makes it incredibly hard to try and work, study or travel to many other countries. Would highly suggest consulting with a Canadian immigration lawyer before you do anything. You should be exploring other ways to try to immigrate to Canada if that’s your goal.
