My husband is in canada they issued him refugee i.d I am in USA with my kids i already have asylum in USA can I make refugee claim on Canadian border

If he listed you and the kids in his asylum application and he got the approval then you will be admission-able unless you want to do your own asylum case

Note: I am not an immigration lawyer but I have some experience with these issues!
 
Thank you memo999 yes he listed us in his case but I want to ask can i claim on border my separate refugee claim? I have fear they may sent back

No. If you already applied and received refugee protection in the USA you will be found ineligible.
