still couple of months brother,i was expecting that from onward i will get hearing date. Anyhow thanks for knowledge.

can you please brief about IRB notification what you mean by that?
Did you get get that through email/ircc portal/Mail?
Or you talking about confirmation of referral to IRB (which is completed on same day of passport seizure and work permit issued) in my case i got same day work permit and referrals to IRB and passport seizure.
Hi, I made a claim back in 2023 January in Montreal Quebec. I haven’t received a hearing yet, anyone else in the same situation as me. Any advice? I rarely reach out to my lawyer because I was under the impression that they don’t have any way to make the process go faster but I’ve been hearing different from a lot of people, does anyone know about this?

That's true in most cases, lawyers cannot make the process faster. But it's the responsibility of the lawyer to follow up and make sure that all relevant/required documents are submitted on your part.
Does "phone recording" considered as evidence in refugee claims? If so, then should I submit the original file or only the transcript of the recording translated into "English or french"?
