Hi beautiful ppl.
I just received this letter from immigration and Refugee Board regarding my designated representative for my 3 children and confirm with in 10 days.
Can we say from your past experience our case in moving forward? Can this be a green light for our case being closer to the date of hearing? Please let me know if anyone got such kind of letter.
File transferd to Toronot IRB-RPD office on February 22, 2024. Hope to hear from you all. Thank you.

I got similar letter to represent my child this was after submitting my BOC back in Sep 2023.

Hi @amaniman thank you for your update. So any update from that day on? When did you know your hearing appointment? was it after 10 days you recieved this letter? I was saw curious that, this might be a sign for my file is initiated for processing by the IRB-RPD for hearing. Can you please share your asylums' case timeline please? Thank you again

Hi members,
I have one question. My hearing was yesterday and it was approved.
My BOC is only for me and my minor son.
My husband is in another country, holding work permit.
Can I include my husband in my PR application?
Or Me and my son apply PR first and apply form my husband after we get PR??
Which option will be faster processing time?

Here is my timeline:
BOC submitted: 5th July 2023
Medicals: 7th July 2023
Biometrics and notice of seizure: 24th August 2023
Eligibility interview/AOC/Confirmation of referral: 5th Sep 2023
Work permit issued on: 26th Sep 2023
Received hearing letter on: 30th Nov 2023
Regular Hearing on: 18th March 2024 and approved

I submitted the application in June when I was in Alberta and now I moved to BC.
