any idea how long after I can expect the interview for WP and eligibility/ biometrics?

I keep reading here that it takes 2-3 months. But when does the 2-3 months time starts? From medical passed or application submission?

Yes, two months from submission of application of if you filed outside of airport. Do you have a lawyer or can you contact CBSA? It sometimes comes in less than 1 month.

I asked lawyer. Lawyer says it takes 2 months since its over 2 months, now only way is to wait for them

Im just trying to understand the possibility of getting the interview and WP in this month . Since depending on that I have another important application to fill.

You’re not getting any interview. You will only be called to do biometric and you will be given your work permit or they have it mailed to your address. That’s all, till you will be given further instruction later on

Omg it’s been too long, but I think it’s because of Quebec, I had a friend who waited for 2 years to get a hearing. I hope you get yours pretty soon. Where are you from?

Sep 14th 2023 2nd interview/brown paper/IRB referral (Toronto)
15th Sep 2023 BOC submission to IRB
May 23 2024 ICAC disclosure package sent to IRB ☒ Regular Hearing: Half-Day (3 hours) with no Minster intervention (Disclosure of documents from the Integrated Claim Analysis Centre )
