Duties and responsibilities:
-Offering flexibility to businesses to accept payments from their customers on their websites with E-Commerce solutions, Virtual Terminals and with Point-of-sales products with cheaper rates.
-Promote sales with existing clients by offering E-commerce solution with our gateway and backend systems such as Authorize.net and GlobalOne according to their integration software's requirements.
-Offering clients Point of sale solutions to different businesses.
-Identify qualified clients according to their credit and payment processing history
-Providing products and services according to client needs and resources such as offering them E-commerce solution with our API Gateway with different options of back ends (Authorize.net or Elavon).
-Checking Rogers® or TELUS® air time coverage in client area as we provide wireless POS terminals with Rogers® and TELUS® coverage.
-Provide best solution to merchants when it comes to their integrated solution and providing them best solution that can be integrated with our software.
-Offering businesses mobile solutions called “P-Mobile” wherein merchants can take payments through their mobile devices.
-Develop reports and proposals as part of sales presentation to illustrate benefits.
-Preparing quotes for clients for the cost of installing equipment and maintenance.
-Provide ongoing support to existing clients and provide them technical support as required.
-Help staff in sales and choosing best solution or any other help.
