Reference Letter

Hi all,

Does the reference letter should be from Human Resources or Can I get the reference letter from my Direct Manager. as he know what duties I perform and i think he can also handle for any future reference.

Reason we are located at a different place, and its difficult to catch hold of my company HR.

Letter from your Direct Manager / Supervisor is very much acceptable. But just make sure it complies with the requirement laid out in point (10) of the checklist.
