Reference letter to be addressed to

Emloyer ready to address the reference letter with roles and resposibilities "to whomsoever it may concern" Is that ok to apply for express entry pr or should it be specifically addressed to IRCC?also the company letter head with address in mentioned on top right side and the letter is digitally signed by lead hr but there is no company logo there. Is company logo also necessary ?

Logo and company contact information are standards when it comes to letterheads.

Doesn't need to be addressed to IRCC. However, it's extremely important to be placed on with company letterhead and contact details/address.

It also need to be stamped and signed. All of these tips reduces the chances of getting a review required on your file
