Everybody knows there is no magical solution. We are posting this to get other people opinion here. I know this has been discussed many times, but there are new people and new cases too, so there is no harm in discussing this again here. I know, some people have got PR without these things, its case to case basis. If you think, this is repeated question, I request you to ignore this.

Only a couple (and I mean from being on several forms) have been approved. The bulk are rejected. There is no way around it.
You can submit your employment offer, contract, a little letter saying how your MNC won't provide you a reference letter - it's not going to work.
If you want to get accepted, get someone in some form of a managerial position with your company who is based in Canada to write the letter. If you know of an x-manager who is willing to write one - give it a go - very unlikely to be accepted but worth a shot.
Other than the above, there is no other options. There is no reason why there are so many active threads about the exact same topic. If it was confined to one thread, it could be ignored - it's not !
