Guys,
I have sent my application two weeks back and I have attached the letter of reference from my present employer...
The reference letter is well drafted with job description, salary, years of experience etc... runs in two pages !
Duly stamped but i did not attached the business card of the signatory (Head of HR) ...
does it make any difference ?
PS: The letter is printed on letter head and has all the contact number for the company including tel, fax, email etc.
why would u need a letter from ur HR in the application to CIO? Was it meant to support your application?
Not needed ; this is needed only with the full application package.
Hence, with business card or not , CIO wouldnt consider the letter at all at this stage as long as you have filled up your NOC`s and main duties on the application form properly.
You might want to do it right the next time though when you send your detailed application package to your local visa office once you receive a positive assessment from the CIO. Thats where an authentic reference letter attached with the HR head busiuness card would make your case fly .
cheers
Thanks Akk..
yes, it was to support my NOC. Although I have 5+ years in the same NOC with the present company...
I guess upon AOR, we need to submit, what is asked for... ?
